I received my estimate for this project on April 30, 2026. As of August 10, 2026, the project is still incomplete, despite the amount of time that had passed and despite my repeated efforts to communicate with the contractor and keep the project moving. I truly couldn’t be happier with the work Herts did fixing my gutters. From start to finish, they were very professional, super reliable and super courteous. They arrived on time quickly identify the problem and completed the repairs with great attention to details! After seeing the experience a close friend has had with Herts Roofing & Construction, I would think twice before hiring them. From what I’ve been told and shown, the project has been delayed for months with repeated assurances that it would be finished, yet it remains incomplete. I hope the company improves its communication and follows through on its commitments.
