After seeing the experience a close friend has had with Herts Roofing & Construction, I would think twice before hiring them. From what I’ve been told and shown, the project has been delayed for months with repeated assurances that it would be finished, yet it remains incomplete. I hope the company improves its communication and follows through on its commitments.
Based on what I’ve seen a close friend go through with Herts Roofing & Construction, I would be very hesitant to hire this company. They’ve been waiting over four months for a deck that still isn’t finished, despite repeated promises that it would be completed “soon.” Watching the stress, delays, and lack of communication has been incredibly disappointing. I hope the company takes greater accountability and improves how it treats its customers.
Avoid Herts Roofing & Construction at all costs. My experience with Jimmy Hertilin and Herts Roofing & Construction has been nothing short of a nightmare. The Herts Construction Team was amazing from start to finish. Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job building my trex deck. The construction crew is the best. Jimmy is trustworthy and wonderful to work with. He goes out of his way to keep his promises. I would recommend them 100 percent.
