Excellent service from the guys, completely satisfied with how cooperative and easy to work with the whole team was throughout the roofing project.
A few years ago I used Herts for a small siding repair job and was very happy with the results. So when a similar repair was needed this year, I called them again to make an appointment for an estimate. The estimator never showed up, without a call or apology. I made a follow-up appointment for a few days later, and the same thing happened, no-show, no communication. Not sure how the company has gone downhill so fast, but I'm very disappointed.
Really satisfied with how everything was handled. The team knew exactly what they were doing, got the order and scope of work right first time, and were attentive throughout the whole job with Herts Roofing & Construction.
The team take the time to focus on what you actually need rather than rushing you through, which made a real difference when sorting out my roofing project.
One of the team members was very helpful with all my needs and made sure everything was taken care of properly from the start.
