Buyer Beware!! I wish that I could give ZERO STARS!! My son bought a car from this place and it’s been one lie after the other. They sold my son a car with bad brakes and no roof tabs. So, my son informed the salesman that on the way home his breaks were squeaking and that there was a lot of break dust on the rims…only to be told that it was all normal. When my son told them about the roof tabs, he was told that it would be handled…just to get a call the next day saying, “they can’t do anything about it.” Then had the nerve ... read more

Unfortunately they this will not let me give them ZERO STARS. I have been in the auto business for over 25 years. The service advisor and the Dept manager made one untrue statement after another about my Lincoln warranty not covering my repairs. It sat at the dealer for 10 days while the "Lincoln" warranty dept told me the repairs were covered but the dealership told they were not authorized. Only to find out they never submitted the repairs to Lincoln ESP service. Had to have the vehicle towed to a near by Ford dealer and a... read more
