Do not take your car here for service, we had to take our Lincoln back 4 times to get our camera fixed under a open recall they replaced every camera but the front even though we asked many times for it to be fixed. We also had them replace our sun shade for the sunroof after looking at the repairs we realized they got grease all over the headliner the service manager for really angry I pointed it out and asked for it to be fixed. I visited this place. I am looking for a used Aviator. No one was really helping me. It appears they just had NEW vehicles. sad. I am out to purchase one and guess i will have to travel to Salisbury, MD or over the Bay Bridge.
I took my car in for service due to several error codes coming up. I told the service manager at the time what I thought the problem was. Six months later, they still had the car and were unable to figure out how to fix the problem. After calling Lincoln directly, they decided to send my car to the Milford dealership. This was an ordeal as well as the service manager couldn't figure out how to order a tow truck to transport the car and wanted me to do it instead. I took my 2015 car into service at Hertrich Mazda in Dover. A sales person approached me and said she could save me the $1000 service bill and put me in a newer better car. She had me sign paperwork on a vehicle that was not on their lot and I did not drive. After waiting for hours with no reason as to why it was taking so long, the car arrived.
