DO NOT PURCHASE TOYOTA BATTERIES from them. Bought a Truestart battery from them 10/29/24. On Sunday morning 2/1/26, 3 months later the battery was completely dead. Took the battery in with my my original receipt/invoice. Was told I have to bring in the dead battery in the vehicle to be tested? I hardly ever write reviews on anyone unless it’s something really positive, but in this instance, people need to know. I just arrived to my servicing appointment 13 minutes late and they denied me my service and told me I had to reschedule. My appointment was at 3:30 as that is the latest appointment they have available and the closest thing that I can make work. I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I purchased my car brand new and have trusted Hertrich with its service for the past three years. I recently brought it in because the lane departure feature didn’t seem to be working. As it turns out, I had accidentally turned it off by pressing a button—an easy fix.
