My name is Ken Roberts, i purchased a new car last year. The sales rep. (Colin) was great, typical back and forth stuff. Came with a hand full of complimentary service (oil,filters,tire rotation). After the first service i noticed scratches on one of the blacked out rims. Didnt notice for a few days so it is what it is. Dimitri was absolutely wonderful and helped ease the stress of buying a new car. His attention to detail and incredible patience, as he showed me different options, made all the difference. I was unsure of what I wanted, and he was more than happy to walk me through everything, always saying, “I want to make sure you’re happy with your decision.” I drove off the lot in my brand-new car, knowing I had the best of the best helping me. David Stanley Mitsubishi Review Absolute crooks, Liars, illiterate, time wasters, and rude.  There ads shows a cash price of $19,990 on a 2020 Honda Pilot on Autotrader. After spending an hour to drive to the location listed in the ad, spending 20 minutes waiting for them to find the car, another 20 minutes listening to some foreign speaking salesman talk jibberish before taking another 20 minutes driving the car. I walked in not even planning to buy anything, just to look around, and somehow ended up driving off in a new car! The staff worked with me and my fiancé and really helped us out after my last car turned out to be a total lemon from another place. Now I finally feel safe driving again, and it’s all because of him!!

I live in Central Arkansas, with no Mitsubishi dealer within a 3 hour drive. So I have to choose my Mitsubishi dealer carefully. I called 3 dealers trying to schedule a service and Napleton happened to pick up as my last call. Ms. Jamie answered as I had dialed the parts department, when never have I seen such friendly service in the automotive industry, she was willing to bend over backwards to fit my schedule and it blew my mind.
