Recently bought a Nautilus. Had a great experience. Ron was our salesperson and was great about explaining how everything worked. He even got our garage door synced to the car.
I cannot say enough kind things about the technicians or service manager at this Hertrich location. Long story short, my car was at the Hertrich in Dover for six months without a proper diagnosis. They decided to send it to Milford to see if their techs could figure out what was wrong. Within 2 hours of my car arriving at Milford, they figured out the problem, and within 24 hours, my car was repaired and ready for pick up. I’m pleased with my switch to Lincoln in Milford , even with the hiccups I’ve had with my brand new car the service department has always gone over and beyond with helping solve the dilemma’s ! Beth has taken care of me the last few times, she is always patient , understanding, and helpful making sure things are taken care of to the best of her ability. They were able to find the root cause of warning bells and correct a wiring issue while providing me with a loaner SUV at no cost. The service manager Holy went over and above to make sure it was a positive experience with a positive outcome.
