Booked an appointment online with shuttle service. After 30 min gave up and paid for my own uber to work and back. I guess the service was done as asked but not sure why I signed up for a shuttle I never heard from. Should’ve realized after the negative experience with sales it would follow to service. Disappointing
Just wanted to note the stellar service I received from Simon and Geoff throughout the buying experience. These guys pulled multiple strings to get me the trim and color of the model I was after, and ultimately offered me a deal I couldn't pass on.

I purchased a car at the end of 2023 at another dealership.. fast forward less than six months later I started having problems and my dealership was giving me the run around. I called here and was able to get an appointment the next week. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was determined I needed a new engine. DJ and his team worked with the warranty company and my car was fixed by Thursday. And it was Memorial Day weekend, I just knew it would take longer. Thank you!
