I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Hertrich Hyundai of New Castle. I brought my vehicle in for an oil consumption and poor fuel economy issues while it is still under the Hyundai manufacturer warranty. About a month ago I was told to change the oil at their location and return after 1,000 miles for the Oil Consumption Tests to check the engine for any issues. Fast friendly and efficient service. Comfortable waiting room with comp coffee tea or water
This location has been doing there best to upgrade the phone system and service appointments. I've haven't had a issue with repair service done on my vehicle.
Booked an appointment online with shuttle service. After 30 min gave up and paid for my own uber to work and back. I guess the service was done as asked but not sure why I signed up for a shuttle I never heard from. Should’ve realized after the negative experience with sales it would follow to service. Disappointing
Just wanted to note the stellar service I received from Simon and Geoff throughout the buying experience. These guys pulled multiple strings to get me the trim and color of the model I was after, and ultimately offered me a deal I couldn't pass on.
