Over the last 12 months I have had our Buick into the service department 4 separate times for the SAME issue. July 2023 a new computer system was installed. Forward to June 2024 I was assured it was NOT computer but a mass airflow sensor. $400 and a week later car was not operating. Another fee to run the diagnostic analyzer (6 days later) found another faulty code and approximately another $567 repair! Exceptional service from the sales team, the service department, and the techs. I highly recommend them for all of your Automotive needs.
I feel as though I'm constantly over charged, I've caught the service manager flat out lying to me on a number of occasions and I believe if I came in to simply have the wipers changed I'd be charge for a diagnostic test. I've had the same issues at the Ford location so I assume this is normal operating procedure.
