Jasmine is the best. She greeted at my car with her warm personality and professionalism. I waited on my oil change that took a little extra time due to a new technician, so she discounted my charge. Jasmine, you Rock!
Everyone was very kind, thoughtful and helpful. It was a very calm and pleasant experience.
Made getting my vehicle fixed a pleasurable experience. Kayla Davis kept me updated and followed up after service as well. Excellent staff everyone was friendly and very helpful.
Kayla was great, I just wish Hertrich didn't charge $189 for a diagnostic fee or atleast wave it if you get the work done with them.
