When I took my 2005 Suburban into the dealership, I was met by Service Advisor Kiana Rogers who was very pleasant and helpful. she took all my information and assisted me with the repair procedure. She maintained communication with me and advised me of the problems and how long they would take to repair. I was very pleased with the entire process, and my vehicle was finished early and completely repaired. I couldn't ask for better service and efficiency. Kudos to the dealership and its employees in a job well done.
AC has been great - really cold now. Appreciate that Service Advisor & Technician stay late to complete the job.
