My mother and I went in to the showroom looking for a mid-size suv. After being ignored for 10-15 minutes by the man behind the large desk, (we were sitting in the Cadillac right in front of him) our wonderful salesman Michael Glover came in and saw that we weren’t being helped. We’re delighted and lucky that it was Mike that helped us, he is knowledgeable and personable. We’re very happy with our Cadillac xt5. Thanks Mike!

I live in New York and I was visiting family in southern Delaware . I was looking for a Cadillac xt5 sport and I couldn’t find the one I wanted . I drove a short distance to Hertrich Cadillac and I saw the vehicle I wanted . The salesman was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. I sold my Chevy and a few hours later I drove out of the dealership with the Cadillac . I got a great deal and I’m very satisfied .

I wanted to order a vehicle from the factory and they said I had to come in to do it. I've purchased multiple vehicles over the phone/fax/email from multiple dealerships, so I guess they don't want a sale. Thanks anyway!
