UPDATED: Sept. 8th got an email informing that they didn't replace the motor like the service department and Chad Todd told us they were doing for two months. Instead they replaced the camshaft and led us to believe the whole time and after the work was done that the motor was replaced and they finally sent me the paperwork! 2 years ago they ruined my radio and I was so mad because they tried to fix it once and said I had to come back. This this the mechanic did fix it but they charged me over $800 then to top it, I went to pay for it with my GM card (interest free for 6 moths) they charged me 2.1% to use the card! It's sad they won't pay for thier own mistakes then have the nerve to charge me to use the card they advertise all o er thier service department! 😕 will not recommend nor will I ever go to another Hertrick!
I can't say loud enough or often enough. What a great experience this was. Not only is the lyriq the best thing I've ever driven, But the service here was top notch... Everyone chipped in to make my experience really wonderful. And Carlos and his team always goes the extra mile. When you buy a luxury car, it's nice to be treated like royalty!
We were traveling from Florida and the AC stopped working and there were codes on the dashboard. We called this service center and they got us right in and had the problem solved and repaired same day. We made it back to Florida and no more issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great service.
