I had the pleasure of working with Shawn and his direct manager recently on my trade-in and purchase of a new vehicle. Shawn listened to what I wanted and what was important to me then showed me the available options. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and was never pushy. Great dealership. Came to check out a used Buick Enclave that I found online, and Shawn Adams, our salesperson, took care of us and got us set up like an absolute professional. Do not buy a used car from here. This dealership has very pushy and aggressive salesmen that put a lot of pressure on making a deal. Basically everything everyone hates about used car salesman. Also, they NEVER stop calling you. The salesman regularly calls me like we’re friends and tells me there’s plenty of new GMCs in stock if I’m looking to upgrade. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Service department is quick, efficient and very polite. For our 1st visit we will definitely be returning for future service.
Got serviced here recently. It was expensive, but they serviced my vehicle proficiently 😩😫. They also fixed my SUV.
