It took me many months to decide where to go to to enquire about a Bluetooth hearing aid (I already had an NHS one). I knew I didn't want to go to a high street vendor linked to an optician and I didn't want to be ripped off either. Today I took both my daughter for ear wax removal and my mum for a hearing test and consultation. Danielle was absolutely brilliant with both of them - so lovely and she put them at ease immediately and explained everything clearly. My daughter can now hear much better and hopefully my mum will be able to as well once she gets her new hearing aids! Highly recommend.
Excellent service, Robyn was friendly, professional and diligent. I had to go back twice as I had a particularly badly blocked ear and she didn't give up until she finally managed to clear it for me. Her advice was spot on!
Suffering early signs of hearing loss, and having unsuccessfully tried to resolve by way NHS, I consulted this centre. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Every step of the process was explained carefully leaving me in no doubt about both the diagnosis and recommended treatment going forward. Reception was efficient and helpful before being handed over to the clinical staff. Very satisfied and impressed by the whole experience.
Excellent service, extremely friendly staff and worth every penny. I had hearing difficulties from years of inner ear wax build up which was treated by Robyn. My hearing was gone for well over a week and it took a couple of ear wax removal sessions due to the long build up (both included in one price which was great too) which completely solved the issue. My hearing is now the equivalent of 4K HD! Thank you Robyn and team for the great work you do!
