Excellent service, extremely friendly staff and worth every penny. I had hearing difficulties from years of inner ear wax build up which was treated by Robyn. My hearing was gone for well over a week and it took a couple of ear wax removal sessions due to the long build up (both included in one price which was great too) which completely solved the issue. My hearing is now the equivalent of 4K HD! Thank you Robyn and team for the great work you do!

Live in North Scotland, but was visiting Hertford. One of my hearing aids was not working. I popped into Hertford Hearing on the off-chance they could help. They explained to me what the problem was: I went home with clear instructions on how to fix it. Went home, and bingo, got my aid working again. Top class service that I was not even charged for. Amazing help. I have been profoundly deaf since I was 3. I am now 62. Being without a hearing aid is hard. Made me very grateful. Thank-you Danielle, you were fab :-) Graham

Excellent experience having ear wax removed by Robyn and Danielle at Hertford Hearing. The removal required two sessions due to poor advice received elsewhere, which had unfortunately aggravated the lining of my ear canal (caused by using sodium bicarbonate ear drops). I was given clear guidance on how to allow my ear to heal and how best to prepare for the second appointment, during which the removal was successfully completed. It was a painless procedure carried out in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

A very professional and knowledgeable service in a relaxed environment. Danielle was very interested in my current ear health and other health history to support the analysis of test results. This has been essential so as to not assume difficulty in hearing is necessarily due to hearing loss. I will return once I have my further health check results.

From start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable. Everyone is extremely helpful & welcoming. I was guided through the whole experience armed by Danielle with all the information I needed. I’m now the proud owner of a new pair of aids. Aftercare is also something I would like to point out definitely five stars. On a personal note, it was emotional to finally be able to hear the birds sing.
