I visited Danielle at Hertford Hearing for a hearing test as I worried about potential ear wax build up and tinnitus. I was really pleased with the service provided - you can tell Danielle is a professional audiologist with a passion for the subject. Plus, she's a lovely person and keeps you calm throughout the hearing test. Hertford Hearing also do hearing aids and aftercare which is great.
It took me many months to decide where to go to to enquire about a Bluetooth hearing aid (I already had an NHS one). I knew I didn't want to go to a high street vendor linked to an optician and I didn't want to be ripped off either. As per usual brilliant service by the Hertford Hearing team. Unfortunately, my ears get blocked regularly so I come here approximately every 5-6 months to have my earwax removed. The staff is always incredibly friendly, it's super clean and as a little bonus I enjoy the seasonal window decorations. Thank you Hertford Hearing team for making me hear again 🙈
This is the best place around Herts for Ear Specialists. I've been to the local pharmacies/chemists before - but not nearly as good as Hertford Hearing. Lovely surroundings and seating/waiting area. Staff are really nice and friendly. Special mention to Robyn. Excellent value too. Well done.
My wife attended this morning to get her earwax removed, she saw Danielle who treated her very well explaining all the process and clearing her ears. She said that the difference in her hearing is amazing and she could not believe how deaf she was before this was done. Thoroughly recommend Hertford Hearing.
