First paediatrician appointment for my son diagnosed with Global Development Delay and high possibility of autism was cancelled after around 1 year waiting for it. Rescheduled and second try cancelled without even letting us know. My wife just found it after call them and lady asked stupid question if we want to reschedule it again. Totally disrespectful. This is a joke , not the health system , especially when we talk about children
Easy to park and close to the entrance. A small hospital, with lovely efficient staff.
Excellent appointment with GP out of hours on Sunday. Again this little hospital delivered compassionate communicative care.The staff as usual were so professional and helpful.
Liz (I think) in the blood department is great 👍🏻 she made me feel so at ease and it was painless! Thankyou 🙂
Visited for a simple procedure so didn't see too much of the hospital. A reasonable sized car park. Not sure if it is appropriate for busy periods. Upon entering the hospital a receptionist asked if he could help. I said that I was trying to pay for parking. I gave him my registration number and he said that would be OK. The entrance is spacious and well signed posted. Clean with plenty of seating. NHS free wifi available. I cannot comment on what facilities the hospital has.
