It seems the people at Farm Bureau have a bad Habit of not returning phone calls. My first office in Raleigh had the same problem. Once I signed up I was never able to reach the agent. Then switched to Ahoskie and they suffer from the same issue. I am looking for additional insurance and they don’t even care to call back. Pretty pathetic for sure. This office is even worse than the other.
