Majority of the washers and dryers do not work which makes it hard for residents to do their laundry with out a lot of hassle. Theres not a day that goes by where I’m not struggling myself to find a washer on one of the three floors and while doing so elders find them selves telling me they go through this all the time. Im an Aid and it frustrating for me , so I can only imagine an older person with no help doing it alone. Other than that this is a pretty nice apartment building Id say. The outside looks nice but the inside is dirty and dingy. Residents have parking but there isn't really anywhere to park if you don't live there. Security is lax and it doesn't take much for anyone to be able to walk in there.
