I have been a resident here for about 3 months and am extremely thankful that Ann Zemo and her staff welcomed me into their home. I call it a home because it isn't a boarding house or a hostel. Yes.there.are people here that have mental health issues and while some may say I suit the profile I am not a mental health resident. But it has been an eyeopener for me here and I watch everyday as Ann and her team manage the residents with respect and care that is amazing. Often walk past this place, usually at night and I often hear screaming and swearing. I have engaged with residents outside the premises who have crossed my path, and often they smell like they have not showered in months, and they do not speak properly in any coherent language.
