After purchasing a car from Liberty Chevy in Sturgis for 30k and getting the run from their service shop (16 visits in 4 months) on a known issue that should have been covered under the purchasers warranty and repaired the first time…… we finally talked to our good friend David Hersrud about all the issues we were having with Liberty Chevy and their service department and asked him for advice on how to get this car fixed. We recieved a loaner car without any oil in it which was a massive oversight for a car dealership. This was after we picked up our vehicle that was "ready" and it died half way through town. The vehicle in question that died in town is brand new and under warranty but purchased else where. The guy at the dealership that answered the phone was more concerned about the volume of my voice than the quality of service. Maybe the car with no oil in it was intentional.
