I unfortunately had a very negative experience with the owner. I was wrongfully charged on Giggster via Paypal after a booking error on their platforms. While working on filing a claim to dispute the charge with those companies (not this event space, as it wasn't her fault), the owner of Her Space told them that my party did in fact use her space for our party. Worst experience ever, I threw my daughter’s baby shower there last month and the owner played like she was going to be a good business person! The bathroom was filthy 7 of the only 27 chairs were broke “ after being told that the venue would provide 50 chairs ! I paid a $150 cleaning fee and it wasn’t cleaned, the chairs still had the last persons covers on them ! The lady was very unprofessional. The place is very small. I had to do a self tour. I Was immediately asked for the deposit when I never even said I wanted to rent the place.
