They did a great job fixing our van door. Very easy to work with. Good communication and got the job done quickly.
Horrible service. I was harassed by an elderly woman and the staff saw it happen before their eyes and did nothing even when I asked them to step in to avoid altercation. Now they banned me from using their services under the excuse that I was being rude. Absolutely ridiculous HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Brought my car to Herson"s to estimate cost and repair vandalism damage. Within 7 days after approving the work, the repair was complete. Cost was not inflated and customer service was terrific. Leo kept me informed every step of the way. And I was thrilled that my car was sparkling clean inside and out, better than before. Many thanks to the crew at Herson's Collision Center!
