Yasser was super friendly, professional and helpful and fixed my issue right on the spot. I showed up without making an appointment and was attended to immediately. Highly recommend this body shop, and Yasser in particular!! The shop also has very nice bathrooms and waiting area with vending machines.
I came here to get my front bumper fixed about a week ago. Upon picking up my car I saw that they put a random wood screw in the bumper and that there was a good amount of space between the bumper and my headlight on the right side. Seeing this, I was unsatisfied… No one contacted me to let me know about any issues they ran into… I payed $1,400 for the service and it is unsightly. I was really impressed with Herson's Collision Center. They took care of everything with my insurance and stood up for me. They got the repairs done quickly and exactly as I wanted them. I went back to Herson's 2 months after my repair, thinking an issue I was having was related to the prior work.
