Tim M. 02/17/2016 NEVER, I repeat NEVER use Herslof Opticians! TERRIBLE customer service. Eye Doctor wasn't there when I went to picked up my new glasses. The glasses weren't correct. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to see him again. I was 11 minutes late to that new appointment because I was having stitches removed at another doctors office and they were running a little behind. I even called them to inform them that the other doctor was running behind, 11 MINUTES after waiting TWO WEEKS. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I would NEVER go back to herslof recommend them to anyone...I went to pick up my glasses and then I put them on I could not see a thing they made everything so blurry...When I told them that they said it takes at least 2 weeks for your eyes to adjust...really...Well im 64 yrs old and have been wearing glasses since i was in my teens and NEVER once did my eyes have to adjust. Horably Rude to me i had appointment at 230 and arived at 231 so a minute late and the treated me like crap and literly through my inserince card at me just again terabley rude
Receptionist was rude and not very accommodating!! Would never go back. Avoid going there at all cost.
