Even after seeing the reviews, I still gave them a try, worst decision ever. I order glasses for my child with one lady asking her if we could order the rubber ones. she told me no. we ordered the plastic ones me knowing it was a bad idea my baby fell and broke them within two months. went back there to order replacement and wanted to get the rubber ones but was told I can't because I didn't order them as his first pair. I am highly unsatisfied with my experience with Hersolf on Oklahoma Ave. First of all the employees were unprofessional and could be overheard talking about other Patients and were heard using obscene language and my daughter overheard them as well. The selection of frames at this location was not all that good as well. I have seen much better frames elsewhere and wish I would have chosen to go elsewhere to begin with. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Been to this joke of a business 6 separate times and closed everytime. Does not follow the posted hours, doesn't even follow time of arrival on notes such as returning at Noon from lunch (doesn't show up rest of the day). I urge everyone to find somebody who truly cares about their business, customers an honors their word. Maybe the owner needs new glasses so she can see her own posted hours!
