Bart was awesome fixed my glasses in no time
Handed me a pair of glasses all smudged, no case. No receipt. I don’t even think there is a prescription in the frames- if there is- it’s definitely not right. When I arrived my exam I was screamed at by the receptionist that “she was busy” so I stood around waiting- no where to sit. Unfortunately bc of insurance this was one of the only places I could go, but I highly recommend paying $75 out of pocket and going somewhere else. Very friendly and great prices! Nice selection of frames as well!
I showed up to my scheduled appointment. Just to find out someone failed to contact me to cancel the appointment. What a waste of time , gas. I’m disabled, this increased my anxiety tremendously!
My experience was ok today the other employee's was wonderful good customer service but the lady on the front name Sam was very rude she was more worried about my signature then giving good customer service and she kept getting my birthday wrong after I done gave her the right information.
