Zero stars if able to. Appointment line and office are not on the same page. Please don't upset yourself by scheduling it's a complete disaster. That's me saying that in a nice way. Don't have an unfortunate event like a staff member calling out and you can't make it the same day. The appointment line won't tell you, you can't reschedule for 90 days. That's something this office should voice in the BEGINNING saying that from perspective. This encounter completely pissed me off.
Never open call ahead to make sure you don't drive there and then they're closed. Still doesn't help cuz IF they do answer they say they're open ,get there and sure enough they're CLOSED. Glasses ready for pick up for 3weeks can NEVER find it open to pick them up
The staff here is rude and unprofessional. My kids said she argued with the doctor and was rude to him while I was not present. The doctor even asked her what her problem was...I got to experience that for myself when I called up there to check on a status of kids my contacts. If she hates her job this much she needs to do something about it and not take it out on other people in front of children. I will be picking my kids prescription up and NEVER using this company again.
Christine & Bart have been great helping me with the individual challenges I have with getting the right fit. Thank you both soooo much!!!
