He has serviced me for about 25 years and has been terrific as far as diagnosing any problems and treating them, He gives Gave me all the time I need to ask questions and answers them thoroughly answered at a laymans level so I leave knowing what may be wrong and why I am being treated a certain way. He has saved my life and kept me healthy.

I have been treated by Dr Hershon for 36 years.You won't find a more knowledgeable Endocronologist anywhere. He will explain in detail any questions and spend all the time necessary. He's truly a concerned thorough doctor unlike todays independent carefree docs. The wait can be long because he is thorough and professional .
Dr. Hershon gives a detail diagnosis and listens to your complaints. He is thorough in his examination and answers all your relevant questions. I like that he quotes medical literature when giving answer to your medical problem.
He appears to be a nice and very competent doctor but I am sure I can find/ will find someone who doesn’t consistently have his patients waiting 2 plus hours see him from scheduled appointment time. Frequently requires multiple calls to staff to have prescriptions refilled
Dr. Hershon is a true professional who spends time with his patients. He takes notes regarding your condition, and comes up with a plan. I am so appreciative of the help and compassion he has given me thru a very hard time regarding my health.
Dr.Hershon is a fantastic doctor. He is very knowledgeable with thyroid disorders and osteoporosis. He takes his time seeing you & I feel comfortable asking him any medical question. Because he takes his time with you & his other patients, there is a long wait to see him. I am willing to wait.
HORRIBLE! I wanted a second opinion from someone closer to home on Long Island as opposed to Manhattan where i normally see REAL doctors. I gave it a chance and patiently waited 2.5 hours! Which is unheard of! Mr Hershon, (i refuse to call him Doctor), goes on to tell me everything I was told before, which is fine. But then he proceeds to draw blood and at the exact secon he placed the needle in my arm, i felt a cramp run down my arm, which I told him immediately but he had no response. I did
