Went last night 6/22/26 needed something delicious. Found door locked and through the windows saw a BIG MESS. I think this is a hoarders home. Think Health Department should visit. Picture above is what I saw. Buyer beware!
The owner is a really nice guy. He’s a retired police officer, and I personally think he’s going through a tough time right now. The ice cream was decent, but the conversation was worth far more than the $5 we spent. Sometimes it’s not about the ice cream—it’s about the people you meet along the way.
This place is always closed. I called & ask when they close & they said 10pm. When I got here it was locked. It literally looks like they’re moving, boxes are everywhere & it looks like a mess.
PERM CLOSED, It’s not open at all
Disgusting the place is a dump Hershey should come in and do an inspection
