Terrible customer service. The sales rep is one of the rudest I've dealt with. Does he realize he's in sales and being nasty to customers he doesn't even bother to introduce himself to it's not how to gain sales.

If you are business owner then don’t carry Hershey ice cream from this location because customer services is very poor , I am with them about 3 years and finally I decided no more so I am going with Smith.
