Kaiser has always been my favourite! I've changed my apartment and was concerned about finding the Kaiser clinic location most suitable for me. I had a regular OBGYN check last month and the service was exceptional! DR Burgos and his nurses were extremely professional and caring. Many Thanks****

Rude telephone person. Not helpful at all. I find it unbelievable that one must wait until the afternoon before surgery before getting an arrival time. Patients are your customers and your customer care is sorely lacking.

I had a herniated disc in my lower back that was causing me to have excruciating pain in my left hip and left leg. I had the surgery at Leonardtown surgery center by Dr Cox to repair my back on 8/29/14 and I feel 100% better. Everyone was very professional and considerate and gave me personal attention I never got doing my past surgeries at hospitals. I had a very positive experience and highly recommend this center.

My last visit here. I called and set up my remaining balance on payments and they said that would be ok. The first statement said the acct was delinquent. I called them and explained the account was set up on payments and I made a payment while I was on the phone. The next statement said the acct must be paid in 30 days or subject to collection. I put the remaining balance on my credit card to be done with these people. would have to keel over before I go back.

Everyone who works here is caring, kind and professional. The nurses pay attention to all details to ensure your safety. They are on time to try and alleviate the anxiety everyone feels before surgery. I would return.
