IMPORTANT! The hotel does NOT have an elevator serving the 2 story section. So if you have a lot of luggage or knee or leg issues, be sure to ask for a room on thr first floor. There's still a half flight of stairs from the lobby. Good things. Clean and updated rooms. Friendly staff. Included breakfast was in the grand buffet. Every person I met was so nice and friendly, and not the fake type of nice but everyone seemed to be genuinely happy to see you and talk to you. I love it here. And of course the environment and the pond and stuff was like a warm hug to walk around in. Can’t wait to come back.

Not a great experience. The bathrooms are too small and the tub not too clean. Caught the top of my foot under the bath door trying to squeeze our. I'm not a big person, it would have been extremely uncomfy in there if I was. So small the tiny bathroom sink was situated outside the bathroom...it was very small. No space to put any thing. Beds way too soft and squishy. Office people took forever to answer a call when we heard screams in our hallway. Ice machine was broken. TV had issues with the picture going wonky.
