The main hotel restaurant and gift shop were amazing but the room was a total disappointment. We were in one of the outer buildings that had been remodeled. Our room was very inconvenient to access since we had to use stairs to carry our things up to our room as both of us were on canes. There was a ramp on the opposite side of the building but that meant unloading our things then walking the length of the building to our room then getting our car driving to the opposite side and parking it near our room. My experience was in the restaurant. Hair in my cheese steak I ordered at the grill station. I ordered a cheese steak, and I went sat down began eating my sandwich when I looked and seen hair in it. Disgusting.... I couldn't believe it. Server came over apologize acknowledged the hair and went to management. They were really kind. I noticed that the grillers weren't wearing beard nets.... And noticed that when he (the griller) was making someone else's sandwich he had touched his face and and his hair on side of head scratch... read more

I just wanted to share my experience for future guests. I'm not trying to bash this hotel at all. But there were some things that I've never experienced before. Overall this is a really nice resort. It has a lot going for it, the buffet, the shoppes, outdoor pool, cafe, within a 15 min drive to everything you might want to do.
