Made an appt for an estimate in Salisbury, no one showed up/ no one called. Poor customer service.
Jeremy was professional and informative in discussing my roof options on our initial meeting. Lauren kept in touch with me as the permitting process took longer than expected due to the need to remove solar panels but she was very patient. Mine was not the first job requiring solar panel removal so they knew the story. The onsite crew was professional, cheerful, thorough, and cleaned up my yards perfectly. In a previous review, I gave 5 stars for the excellent job Hershey Exteriors did in installing our new roof, skylight, gutters and gutter guards. Well I have to leave another great review for them. I had an issue with my furnace exhaust pipe cap on the roof. We did not know the furnace required a specific kind of exhaust cap different from what Hershey put on, which, by the way was a very nice cap. My HVAC company came and replaced the cap with the required cap and made adjustments on the exhaust pipe length at the cost of $... read more
The quote and service were exactly as presented. The Hershey team is top notch and I was a former builder. From how they take care of their equipment to how they maintain their agreements. I highly recommend Hershey exteriors for quality across all areas that matter. One thing to note is that they left the building area much better than that found it. Thanks Tyler and team!
I was in need of a new roof and had numerous roofing contractors at my home working effortlessly to sale me a roof. I was tired of hearing sales pitches and hearing one contractor discredit another.
