I do not live at Hershey Estates. I can only speak about renting a storage unit from them. We first rented last year, prior to GSP Management taking over. Prior to the takeover, it was a good experience as far as communication and payments. Unfortunately, GSP is an entity from another galaxy. They do not respond to multiple attempts at communication. I lived there about 10 years they just got a new owner and they changed it to 55 and up A lot of things have been changing and I don't think it's for the best I just moved out because I didn't like it
