I was a patient here for a few years and I’m leaving this office due to many issues. Back in November 2024 I had an appointment and they said I had a cavity when I was having new issues. They ”fixed” My cavity and my bite was off. I had to come in four times to have them grind down the filling more in my bite is still off and my tooth is very sensitive to this day and I can’t chew on my upper right side of my mouth. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. All of the staff I've dealt with (hygienist, billing, reception, check out) have been very nice and extremely helpful. The hygienists I've spoken to about the problems I'm having (caused by my previous dentist) have been so empathetic, supportive, encouraging and helpful. The dentist I had a consult with was also very understanding, sympathetic and informative. And finally their specialist (extractions, root canals) set my mind at ease as well. Don't get suckered into their "Sweet Tooth" package. Life happens. Family members die. People have to relocate. Settle estates. Because I called about 9 days past my Sweet Tooth expiration, they refused to even honor ONE of the two included cleanings and X-Rays. I only asked for one since I was partly at fault. They refused. So I paid $399 for absolutely nothing. And they were OK with that. Thieves.
