I've reached out over the past 5 months to become a new patient. And haven't recieved a phone call back. Not One!. This is a red flag to me of the care I would recieve if I ever became a patient. 5 month and no return call is horrifically poor. I will not be trying further and take my business elsewhere.
They ignore my needs. All they care about is money. If you don't pay them right away. You are a terrible person knowing how people struggling these days. And when eventually pay them. They ignore you because you didn't pay on time. Very disappointed.
I had a scheduled cleaning appointment that I was 15 minutes late to due to a traffic accident. I called ahead to let the office know I was running late, but when I arrived 15 minutes late, they told me there was not time for my cleaning and I needed to reschedule. I traveled an hour and 15 minutes for the appointment ( recently moved from the Hershey area but liked the practice so wanted to remain a client), so rescheduling, it’s not an easy option.
