Owner upcharged over 400 dollars on a 650 to 750 dollar part then blamed it on inflation. That is not inflation its price gouging. Very un ethical. People need their car to go to work and guys like this take advantage of that by adding on 100s of dollars for parts because he knows people will have to pay it to get their cars running.
My mechanic referred me to Hershey brothers for what they thought was a transmission issue. Hershey brothers looked at it and realized that it was an issue that was under warranty through Ford. So instead of fixing it themselves, they informed me of this and charged me nothing. They could have easily just fixed it themselves and made the money and I would have known no better, but they cared more about the customer. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely grateful!
