I've gone to Hershey Auto Center for over 10 years for a few different cars. They are trustworthy and honest. He gets things done quickly for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am extremely dissatisfied.
Just got my oil changed at Hershey Auto Center, and once again they proved to me that not all auto mechanics are crooks. I paid for the oil change ($64...more than usual because I choose to use synthetic oil), I walked to my car and was ready to take off....then I saw they left a little Thank You card and a Hershey's Kisses on my steering column. That's so cool! I mean, this is what I call service! Where else can you go to get honest services, honest pricing, and a treat afterwards? Thank you!
My car broke down the first day in the new year. It looks like starter motor problem. After 2 days, Don (the manager/owner) thought it is transmission fly wheel problem and they could not fix it there. So, he recommended I have to take my car to dealership to fix it. After dealership looked at it, it is just starter motor problem. My car is up and running right now like new, thanks to toyota dealer. However, although hershey auto center cannot fix it, they charge me 2 hours labor and parts (???) for more than $200 for nothin... read more
My husband an I were treated very disrespectful I took my newly purchased vehicle in for a check over an paid for the service they told me everything was great the car needed nothing when i went back a few days later to have the car inspected they charged me for emissions an failed the inspection an told me i needed brakes the car was not driven from the first time they looked over it because it was not inspected. During a trip to the park my car broke down. Hershey Auto Center Came within 20 min and towed my car back while we went to the park. They fixed it that day and was more than fair with all there rates. I wish every town had an auto repair shop like hershey auto in there town.
our family broke down in august and we stranded....we have 3 children....the guys from hershey auto center came out on 322 and towed our car within 10 minutes, gave our family a ride to and from hershey park and replaced the alternator for less than i was quoted.....these guys are very curtious.....i wish i had a home town garage like them.
