I do NOT recommend this emergency place for your pet. They were friendly at first, but not very detailed or thorough and do not explain things with enough detail. My pet was hospitalized there for potentially 24-36 hours and I was promised 2 phone calls a day from the doctor which I never received. They also promised text updates or said I could call for an update. We are so thankful for the entire team here who took care of our boy! We had to hospitalize him for 2 days and it couldn’t have been an easier experience knowing how much the nurses and doctors cared for him! We got pictures every few hours and a phone call from the doctor every 12 hours with updates. I was so impressed and incredibly grateful for everyone who helped take care of our dog and appreciated the docs who were willing to help make this an affordable expense for us. Thank you so much!!
Process was transparent and the costs were fair. My cat Leia got attacked by another cat and they helped her. Thank you.
We are incredibly grateful for the care our dog received during his final days. No matter how busy or hectic things were — especially with it being a holiday weekend — the entire team handled everything with grace. They were compassionate, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. Every staff member we interacted with treated him gently and made sure we understood each step. Their professionalism and kindness meant so much to our family during an extremely difficult time.
