Dr Hersh is awesome. Front office for practice is horrible. I'm sure the people are great but horrible process and procedure. Poorly managed. Can't get people on the phone.

Jamie Moller, the Office Manager went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

The difficulty of maneuvering through the phone system, getting your results, even contacting a nurse to get back to you, was ridiculous. Messages left on their offices voice mails took days for staff to get back to you. Doctor himself seemed good enough, but staff and phone system terrible.
