The response was clear, balanced, confidently without being overbearing and struck me as thoughtful as well as exhibiting expertise. The offer to speak with former clients also provided a further pathway into understanding the working relationship one would have with this firm.
Zach is very knowledgeable and kind in the interactions I had with him. When I had questions regarding a car collision, he was able to explain legal jargon in layman's terms making a difficult situation easier to understand.
