waited forever for food. then they lost my order. it’s too expensive to have bad service.
The place use to be very good.. lately my food isn’t fresh. the other night i ordered the tenders, the chicken and fries tasted like burnt oil. it was so nasty.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star but it made me just to be able to leave a review.. We ate here this morning. Employees were friendly.. My husband and sons food were okay. Mine on the other hand was okay UNTIL I unrolled my breakfast taco to have a COOKED or what look cooked with the chorizo FLY.. My husband took it to the front for the manager to see and all they had to say was “that’s highly unusual here, I’m sorry..” � We will NOT be returning here and I highly recommend people to check your food before you eat it... read more

The food was really good but the staff was AMAZING!!
We ate here once before then traveling yo DFW, and it was good, so we stopped by to try it again. Yum! The hamburger and fries were really, really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming even as busy as they were. It appeared to be a favorite with locals, too. Then we got a free cup of our choice of ice cream. Thanks, Hershels! We were told it was good, and they were right! We will be back when we travel that way again! (My hubby has already decided on the chicken fried steak for our next visit!! �)
