JOSH, the guy who answered the phone was a complete arse who showed little interest in doing his job. When I said I wanted to make an appointment he replied "our doctors are not taking new patients," which is not the case according to my insurance provider. When I mentioned Dr Raney by name, this JOSH put me on hold so he could "double check."
