I attended my first class yesterday and it was AWESOME! I was nervous because I haven't attended a workout class in over four years, and didn't know if I'd be able to keep up or if I'd be in way over my head. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and like I was in the right place. The class was intense and a great workout, but it was more about pushing myself vs. trying to keep up. The staff at Hers Kickboxing has been extremely helpful with the process of starting and booking classes. The classes were enjoyable but challenging. The instructors were also very nice and supportive with it being my first class. Highly reccomend!
“MI’ve been coming to her studio for 5 years, and I absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing, supportive, motivating, and truly care about helping everyone improve. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and I feel stronger and more confident with every session. It’s not just a studio for me it’s also a community where I’ve made great friends and found so much positive energy. If you’re looking for a welcoming environment to learn and enjoy kickboxing, I highly recommend giving hers studio a try.
