The staff at Hers Kickboxing has been extremely helpful with the process of starting and booking classes. The classes were enjoyable but challenging. The instructors were also very nice and supportive with it being my first class. Highly reccomend!
“MI’ve been coming to her studio for 5 years, and I absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing, supportive, motivating, and truly care about helping everyone improve. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and I feel stronger and more confident with every session. It’s not just a studio for me it’s also a community where I’ve made great friends and found so much positive energy. If you’re looking for a welcoming environment to learn and enjoy kickboxing, I highly recommend giving hers studio a try.

I love that this was a sport I could both enjoy and see results. They have a variety of classes of all levels, and very easy to book them on the app. I find working out at home doesn’t give me the same results.. plus the instructors help you with form and motivate you!
