Herr's P&H were polite and professional from beginning to end. It was the first time we'd called on them after a friend referred. Karen, Robert, Ryan, & Mike were all very friendly. They responded as quickly as possible (which was very prompt...). It's always a challenge finding a service pro - you don't know who's gonna be in your home with you. We'll be working with Herr's in the future as needed...

Service was next day. Communication was perfect (email). Plumbers were polite and got the job done. We are very happy. Thank you.

Needed a leaking valve replaced and called them to take care of it. The girl took down all the necessary info and never received a call back from a woman named Karen. Will not call them again. Had to laugh at the owners reply that this was a “fake review” How many of your 5 star reviews are fake?

I called here in relation to a leak in my bathroom the lady Karen took down all my info and was told I would receive a call back. I called multiple days later and was told they had never received a call from me. Found another plumber in the area and had my leak fixed same day. Will not call here again 👎

Thank you Herr’s Plumbing! I had a lot of problems this winter with my old steam furnace and I couldn’t have had a better Service than Herr’s Plumbing! They came right over when I had no heat and always returned my calls without delay no matter what time day or night!! And always pleasant and helpful. 5 stars Than you again!!
