After 64 years of life, I like to think that I can read people fairly well. That being said, this is why I tried Herron for my auto repair. It was fairly extensive work. Timing chain replace and all that comes with that. Emily and Mathew kept me in the “loop” making me feel included of what’s going on. I was visiting town in late March on vacation from Ohio. Not long after arriving my check engine light popped on, throwing our plans into limbo. I called Herron and they got me in quickly to diagnose and resolve the issue. They were great at explaining the problem and talking through my options, and they had me out of there within a couple of hours.
