We broke down several hours from home and had our vehicle towed to Herron. I called Herron before the tow truck arrived and Ashley started the process of getting us a rental before we even arrived. We took a provided shuttle to lunch and by the time we were back they were diagnosing our vehicle and had a rental for us. They had our vehicle repaired in just a few days as well. Just disappointing. I Contacted 3 Chev com. they try to sell me something I don't want.. Steel Chev I told them I was not interested in the vehicle they decided I wanted, and that finances were in limbo, So when I finally went to Herron imagine my surprise when I get a call from Steel ! trying like hell to make feel me bad for not buying the vehicle they decided that I wanted.
