I called up and made an appointment for an oil change they got me in that same afternoon. I drove up into the drive thru, and I hopped out. The girl was happy to take my keys and get my car fixed right up. She showed me where I could wait while the work was done. Then afterward, she came back and got me and said I'm all done. I paid and got out of there. They did an amazing service and great work. Thank you very much!
Gordon at Herron, as well as his entire team, are miracle workers. Last year when we first came here, Gordon got us an incredible deal on a 2017 Cadillac XT5. When we wanted to trade it in for a more fuel-efficient car this year, Gordon got us a 2025 Chevrolet Trax 1RS, which we absolutely adore. This is by far the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. This place always makes us feel so well taken care of. We will continue to come back here for years to come!
