Very disappointed and angry. Took my new truck there for the first time for service and I noticed after I got home that their service person damaged both front door handles and 1 of my rims.. They have no respect for other people's things. An $80000.00 truck and they treat it like this. Not very professional.
We were on a family vacation, traveling from Quebec, when our almost-new truck broke down on the road with a major mechanical issue. The team at Herron Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. truly saved our vacation! They made it possible for us to get back on the road with a new truck in just two days! The service was absolutely extraordinary. From the service department to the sales team, everything was perfect! Thank you so much to the entire team for your incredible help and for making a stressful situation so much easier. We are trul... read more

She argue that i never mention that I was interested in suv or 4x4. I was shocked that Steel monitors you to make sure your not buying some place else... read more
