We brought my car here for a scheduled appointment. They kept it two days and didn’t even look at my car. They didn’t answer the phone either when we called to check on if they had looked at the car the second day. I can’t comment on their work given we picked up my car after it sitting for two full days-with an appointment. This review is only for poor customer service. If customer service and time are important to you don’t take your car here.
Took my daughters Fiat 500 for a new alternator- Jeremy (owner/op) took very good care of us and had the car fixed right up exactly on time! No sketchy up charges or sell ups - Honest and fair knowledgeable automotive tech with a hard working work ethic! This should be your goto for anything auto. Great job Herron automotive!!

I got my brakes and rotors repaired at Herron. Shopkeeper quoted a fair price and provided great work. He also offered a lift to/from my house while I kept the car at the shop to be worked on.
