I love it here. If you're uncomfortable going to the gym then this place is for. Everyone is friendly. If you have medical issues Dawn will work with you to modify your workout. She is our gym mom. There's nothing bad you can say about her. Highly recommend.
I'm so glad I joined this gym! Dawn is very passionate, caring and knowledgeable as a trainer and coach. Very welcoming and uplifting atmosphere :)
