STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would Dr. Hermann is basically a POS. She has zero empathy or concern for you or your pet. I went there unfortunately to euthanize my dear dog that was basically my child. He was a deaf Pitbull i saved. He lived a long happy life and at year six he blew out his meniscus and ACL. I was told surgery would be $6000 and that his other knee would need it soon after. He was in excruciating pain and was becoming dangerous. Anyone who continues to experience miss diagnosis from this veterinarian should immediately report her to the board of veterinary medicine.
We have a high level of respect for Dr. Herrmann. We started taking our dogs to her after being less than satisfied with other vets in the area. We appreciate Dr. Herrmann's direct style and her compassion shown toward our dogs. She is thorough and listens to our concerns. We have 2 little dogs, and they always seem happy to see her, and you know what they say about a dog's ability to know who to trust.
I have been taking my two dachshunds to Dr. Herrmann for over three years now. Dr. Herrmann is very reliable and compassionate. She takes a special interest in the care of my girls and I trust her diagnosis. She has provided good advice on how to proactively monitor the health of my six-year-old handi-capable dachshund. Even when the office is busy she always takes the time to thoroughly explain the details of my pet situation and explain multiple options to me. I appreciate all she does for my girls!
Dr. Katja Herrrman didn't look propertly after my kittie still suffering in pain after paying almost $500 and the Dr. Being rude not listening and doing very minimum effort to understand when we had tried to explain what was wrong with our cat.
