Dr. Hernandez and his staff make you feel like you are truly family! Very professional and very organized! Always patient and gentle and has made going to the dentist a very pleasant experience for me.. please allow me to say so myself, I have a fascinating and confident smile now and I need two fly swatters to keep the ladies away... Had a root canal yesterday, went extremely well, given the difficult nature of the procedure. Thought we might have to pull the tooth but Dr. Jay was able to save it! He was very methodical and walked me through the whole process in a very patient and thoughtful way. Also thanks to Renee—his assistant who called me this morning to check on how I was doing. If I could leave zero stars I would! Hernandez has horrendous table side manners and no compassion for minor patients! Take your business somewhere you are actually cared for and not someone who is just making money!
