I Was really satisfied with Eric Herring. He came out the next day after I called him and fixed my roof. I would highly recommend Herring Residential and Commercial!
I hired Eric Herring of Herring Residential and Commercial based on a proposal dated January 9, 2025, which stated the roofing project would be completed within two to three weeks. Unfortunately, that timeline has long passed, and I still have not received confirmation that the project is fully completed. Communication throughout this process has been severely lacking. Only gave him 1 star because you can't pick zero. They replaced the siding on my house and sent a guy that had no business doing sIding. I've been trying to get it fixed for 2 years now, only to keep getting the run around I've been given multiple dates he was going to start the repairs and nothing had been done. Eric is not a man of his word and does not stand behind the work his company does. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!!!!
