Mason is a good negotiator, a good listener, and a problem solving person. He really likes to be close and help his clients. While the entire staff was extremely pleasant and professional, there was always that extra ''caring'' displayed by everyone that really put them over the top for me. I can't say enough about how positive my experience with this firm is. They have a big team and everyone is ready to help you and let you know that they are there for you.
