Okay it's been almost a year Herring replaced the tank but the turnoff valve doesn't work. Several orders have been made but no new valve. This is again a huge problem because I can't turn it off in case of emergency. Herring put a heater in my bedroom but turned off my heater in the bathroom because it didn't have a cover for the pipe but a faulty valve is ok? So I had no heat in the bathroom because Herring said it's unsafe. charge me $200 to connect and disconnect. Very very very unhappy with the service. Herring fixin... read more
Do not recommend left my valve open and my heater on by the time I realized all my gas was spent no refund scott said it is what it is that's how they do business do not use
