Worst company ever. They will not listen or cooperate and if there is a fee to be tacked on they will do it. They don't keep up with records and that always ends up biting the customer in the ass. We swapped to Jim South and they are much much much better. And even after ending our lease with herring they have harassed us to no end. Will NEVER under any circumstance recommend them to anyone.
They would let your family freeze if it means not having to pick up a phone!
